There are several reasons you might be unable to log in to your Testerup account.
Ensure you're using the same login method you used when creating your account.
You can sign up using one of the following methods:
- Your email address and password

Facebook account

Google account

Apple ID (iOS app only)
If you signed up using Facebook, Google, or Apple, use the correct login button on the login page. If you used Apple ID, you can only log in through the Testerup app on an iPhone or iPad, not on a browser or desktop.
Clicking the wrong login method may accidentally create a new account, in which the account balance will be zero. If this happens, contact our support team, as multiple accounts are not allowed. If your account is blocked, and you believe it's a mistake, please reach out to our team for assistance.
