- Maintain a neutral expression
- Your face is fully visible, without glasses or masks
- The camera lens is clean
- You are in a well-lit area, free from glare
Please note that there is a limit to the number of face verification attempts. If you reach this limit, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
If the "Start verification now" button is greyed out, please check the following:
- Your default browser is Google Chrome or Safari
- You have scrolled to the bottom of the page
- You have agreed to the terms and conditions
- Your internet connection is stable
- Ad blockers are disabled
If the issue persists after trying everything above, try using a different device.
Face verification can only be completed once per user. Attempting face verification on multiple accounts, even if the other accounts are deactivated, will result in permanent account suspension.
