Under normal circumstances, your progress in an offer will be updated within just a few minutes. At times, it can, however, take up to 48 hours until your progress is shown.
When you start a new offer, please check that the installation goal has been completed before you continue with the subsequent goals.
If you notice that your progress in a certain offer is not being tracked, then please check the following:
- You have downloaded the app through the download link in the Testerup app.
- It is the first time that you have downloaded the app.
Our offers are only available to first time users of a particular app.
- You have activated app tracking on your device.
- Whether the offer is still active. You will find the time limit for the offer within the offer description. Most offers have a limit of 30 days.
- You have the most up-to-date software version installed on your device.
In the following cases, your progress cannot be tracked:
- You are using a VPN or proxy, which is not allowed.
- You are using several devices. Your progress in a given offer can only be tracked on one device.
- You are located outside of the United States, the United Kingdom or Canada.
Please note that our offers are unavailable outside of these countries.
If you can rule out all of the above points and have already waited longer than 48 hours for your progress to update, then please contact our support team for further assistance.
