Here are the most common reasons progress may not track after a successful install and how to avoid them:
- VPNs, proxies, or Tor: These tools aren’t supported and can interrupt tracking. Please disable them while testing tasks.
- Public Wi‑Fi or unstable network: Use a secure, stable internet connection. Some public networks route traffic through foreign IPs, which can prevent tracking.
- Task testing period expired: Each offer has a time limit that starts once the install is tracked. If the time window has passed, new progress won’t be recorded for that task.
- Offline or intermittent internet: Progress requires an active connection. If the internet drops, goals may not track and won’t be added retroactively. Stay online while testing.
- Switching devices: Progress can only be tracked on the device where you started the task, so you must continue all testing there.
