If you are experiencing issues with the normal functioning of the testerup app then first wait to see if the problem resolves itself after a little while.
Should the issue persist then please try the following:
- Clear your app cache
- Close and then restart the testerup app
- Uninstall the testerup app and reinstall it
Ensure that you use the correct login method when you log back in - Log in with another device, such as a different smartphone or a desktop computer
