The face verification process is an added security measure in our payout process. We use a secure verification process and will not sell data you provide for verification.
ℹ️ You do not need to verify yourself for every payout.
When you request a payout in your testerup account after reaching the minimum payout amount, you will have the option to carry out the one-time face verification process.
Here’s a simple guide to help you understand how the process works:
1. Simply click on Verify yourself to proceed
2. Read the information displayed to you, and, if desired, check our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You will need to confirm your consent to continue the process
3. After clicking Start verification now, you will be guided through the face verification process by our trusted partner, FaceTec. You'll need to meet the following requirements for a successful verification:
- Make sure you have a neutral expression without any facial coverings e.g. (e.g., glasses, masks)
- Ensure that your device’s front camera is fully functional
- If necessary, clean your camera lens of any dirt or smudges
- Select a well-lit area without strong shadows on your face
- Avoid glare or bright light directly shining on your face
- If necessary, try changing your location to a different room
4. Once you've successfully completed the verification process, you'll see the confirmation page and can go ahead and request the payout

If you reach this limit, please contact our support team to get this reset. Please note that while our staff can reset your attempts, they cannot override or influence the verification results; these are handled by an automated system to ensure security and fairness for all users.
