You can reset your password on the testerup homepage. However, this only works if you signed up using an email and password - not social logins! Follow these easy steps:
- Go to the testerup website in a web browser and click Already registered? Sign in now
- On the login page, click on the link Forgotten your login data? Click here
- Enter your registered email address and click Change password

You will receive an email with an activation link to change your password
It can take a few minutes before you receive the password reset email. If you cannot find the password reset email in your inbox, then it may have accidentally landed in the spam folder.
⚠️ If you registered your testerup account with your Facebook, Apple or Google account, you would need to change the password directly through the corresponding platform.
