If you have forgotten your password, you can always reset it on the Testerup homepage. Please follow these easy steps:
- Go to the Testerup website in a web browser and click on "Already registered? Sign in now"
- On the login page, click on the link "Forgotten your login data? Click here"
- Enter your registered email address and click on "Change password"
- You will receive an email with an activation link to change your password
It can take a few minutes before you receive the password reset email. If you cannot find the password reset email in your inbox, then it may have accidentally landed in the spam folder.
Please note that you can only reset your password when accessing Testerup using a web browser. The password reset function is not available on the Testerup app.
