Temporary access issues:
- Incorrect login credentials: Entering the wrong email or password too many times triggers a temporary security lockout. Verify your details or reset your password to regain access
- Wrong login method: Use the same login method you used when you signed up (Facebook, Apple ID, Google or email/password). Using a different login method may create a completely new account
- Device or location issues: Your account is only accessible from the USA, Canada (excluding Quebec) or the United Kingdom, depending on where you signed up from. Unexpected location or device changes may result in your account being blocked
If you need help regaining access to your account after a temporary block then you can create a Support Ticket.
Policy Violations
Repeatedly violating our testing guidelines may result in a permanent ban from all offers and services. These can include:
- Multiple accounts: Each member may only have one account at a time.
- Prohibited software: The use of tools and/or any other kind of third-party software etc. to cheat the system is not allowed
