Venmo is available for testerup users located in the United States. This payout method is not available if you are in Canada or Great Britain.
Before you can request a payout, your email address needs to be verified. If it isn't verified yet, you'll be prompted to do this right at the start of the process below.
Once your email is verified, here's how to request a payout to Venmo:
- Reach the minimum payout amount
- Select your payout amount from the available tiered options
- Select "Venmo" as your payout method
- Complete face verification to confirm your identity (if it's your first payout)
- Fill in all required details completely before continuing
- Click the button to request your payout. You'll receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your payout has been requested
- Once processing is complete, you'll get a follow-up email with a link to redeem your payout
Venmo payouts carry a small processing fee of 5%, which is automatically deducted from the total amount.
