We send payouts through our payment partner, Tremendous. Whichever payout method you choose, the first steps are the same:
- Request your payout in the app and enter your email address
- Wait for an email from Tremendous. It comes from rewards@reward.tremendous.com
- Open the email and follow the steps for your payout method below
The email usually arrives within 2–3 business days after you've requested your payout. If you can't see it, check your other folders, such as promotions and spam.
ℹ️ The email is sent to the address you entered when requesting your payout. This may be different from the email address linked to your account with us.
Which payout method should I choose?
Each method works a little differently. Available methods depend on your country. Choose the one that fits how you want to spend your money:
- Virtual Visa card: a new prepaid card for online shops that accept prepaid Visa cards (often not accepted by Amazon)
- Amazon gift card: a code for the Amazon site in your country only
- PayPal: not paid automatically. You need to redeem it from the Tremendous email first, then the money is sent to your PayPal account
- Venmo (US only): not paid automatically. You need to redeem it from the Tremendous email first, then the money is sent to your Venmo account
ℹ️ Planning to shop on Amazon? Choose the Amazon gift card rather than the Virtual Visa card.
What if I haven't received the email?
Before you contact us, check:
- Your promotions and spam folders
- The inbox of the email address you entered when requesting your payout
- That two business days have passed since your payout was approved
If the email still hasn't arrived, contact us and include your customer number.
